Dermaplaning is one of LA Skin Spa's most requested treatments and a frequent addition to combination facials. A specialist blade glides gently across the skin to lift dead surface cells and fine vellus hair, helping prevent surface build-up and leaving an exceptionally smooth base for skincare and make-up.
