Choosing a treatment

What facial should I book?

If the treatment menu reads like another language, you are not the problem. Start with three simpler questions.

1. What are you noticing?

Blocked pores and blackheads point in a different direction from dryness or visible texture. You do not need to know the cause or diagnose your skin—just describe what you see and feel. The skin concern directory is built for exactly this.

2. How Much Downtime Can You Allow?

Hydro facials and nano infusion are generally chosen for a fresh finish with little downtime. Microneedling can leave skin pink and warm for several hours. Peels can create temporary sensitivity even when positioned as minimal downtime. If you have an event, tell Lucy.

3. Do you want one focused step or a full facial?

Dermaplaning and peels are focused treatments, while the Acne Facial combines several steps. More steps do not automatically mean a better result; the useful choice is the one that matches your skin and goal.

A quick starting point.

For blackheads, explore the Hydro Facial or Blackhead Busting Facial. For surface smoothness, explore Dermaplaning. For deeper visible texture, Microneedling may be a direction. For hydration without needles, see Nano Infusion. None of these suggestions replaces a suitability check.

Not sure what to book?

You don’t need to know what treatment.

For the very best outcome, book a one-to-one skin consultation. Lucy will assess your skin, talk through your goals and recommend the most suitable facial to carry out on the day.
