Consult + choose
Skin Consultation
A one-to-one consultation followed by the most suitable treatment for your skin, where appropriate, on the same day.

What it is—and why you might choose it.
You do not need to diagnose your skin or choose a treatment before you arrive. This appointment gives Lucy time to understand what you are noticing, review your current routine and assess your skin before recommending the most suitable option. Lucy will explain the treatment and price before anything begins, then carry out the agreed treatment during the same appointment where it is suitable to proceed.
- A private one-to-one skin assessment
- No need to choose a treatment in advance
- A clear recommendation explained before treatment
- The suitable treatment can follow on the same day
What happens during your appointment.
- Talk through your concerns, routine and treatment preferences
- Lucy assesses how your skin is presenting
- Lucy recommends the most suitable option and confirms its price
- The agreed treatment follows on the same day where suitable
- Aftercare is explained for the treatment you receive
Afterwards
Your aftercare and expected skin response will depend on the treatment selected. Lucy will explain both before you leave, so you know what to expect and how to look after your skin afterwards.
Is it right for everyone?
The consultation is designed to help establish suitability rather than assume it. Some treatments may need preparation, a patch test or a different appointment if your skin, health information or current products mean it would not be sensible to proceed that day.

How much does the appointment cost?
There is no single fixed treatment price because the right treatment is selected during your consultation. Lucy will explain the recommended treatment and its price before it begins.
Will I have a treatment on the same day?
That is the intention. Your treatment follows the consultation where it is suitable to proceed, but some options may require preparation, a patch test or a separate appointment.
Do I need to know what is wrong with my skin?
No. Simply describe what you have noticed and what you would like to improve. You do not need to diagnose your skin or arrive with a treatment name in mind.
