Buccal massage is an intensive facial technique combining external massage with a gloved intraoral stage. Working from both sides gives access to deeper facial muscles than a standard surface massage, while lymphatic-style movements help reduce the look of puffiness and leave the face feeling released and defined.

Is it right for everyone?
Buccal massage is not suitable in every circumstance, including some dental, oral, inflammatory or recent-procedure situations. Lucy will confirm suitability and use gloves for the intraoral stage.

Does the massage really work inside the mouth?
Yes. A gloved intraoral stage works carefully inside the cheeks while external massage supports the treatment.
Is it a facelift?
No. It is sometimes nicknamed a natural facelift because of its temporary sculpting effect, but it does not replicate surgery or permanently lift facial tissue.
Is it relaxing?
It is deeper than a classic facial massage. Many clients find the release relaxing, although firm areas can feel intense.
